Commercial terms are confirmed before commitment

The service order confirms the monthly fee, payment timing, proposed working hours, inclusions, start conditions, notice arrangements and any applicable tax or third-party cost.

From requirement to service

Eight clear steps to establish the right support arrangement

The process protects both sides from beginning with an unclear role or unsuitable candidate.

01

Define the role

Confirm responsibilities, outcomes, experience, hours, systems and procedures.

02

Receive a proposal

Review the recommended arrangement, monthly fee, inclusions and assumptions.

03

Agree the service order

Record responsibilities, start conditions, notice and applicable terms.

04

Recruit and screen

MEG sources candidates against the approved requirement and completes initial screening.

05

Interview and approve

You interview suitable candidates and approve the preferred person.

06

Prepare the workplace

MEG prepares the agreed workspace, normal equipment and access arrangements.

07

Complete onboarding

You provide role procedures and training while MEG coordinates service setup.

08

Begin and report

The agreed office-based service begins with attendance oversight and reporting.

Access and confidentiality

Give each role only the access needed for approved work

System access should follow least-privilege principles and the client’s own policies. Appropriate confidentiality, data-processing and access arrangements can be recorded for the service.

  • Use named accounts and suitable permission levels where available
  • Keep account ownership and recovery methods under client control
  • Review or remove access when responsibilities change
  • Do not send passwords or confidential credentials through website forms
Practical control

Access supports the role; it does not define it

The agreed role, documented procedures and approval points remain the basis of service. Any regulated, legally reserved or specialist professional activity must remain with an appropriately qualified and authorised provider.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Dedicated Business Support Teams

Do you have people waiting to start?

We do not present the service as a bench of pre-selected workers. Recruitment begins against your confirmed role so that candidate experience can be assessed against a real requirement.

Who selects the team member?

MEG sources and initially screens suitable candidates. You interview candidates presented for the role and approve the preferred person before the proposed start.

How are responsibilities divided?

You set the business priorities, supply role procedures and systems, provide training and approve work. MEG provides recruitment, the managed Islamabad workplace, attendance oversight and service coordination.

How quickly can the service begin?

Timing depends on the role, required experience, candidate availability, interview decisions, notice periods and workplace preparation. The proposed timetable is discussed after the requirement review; no start date is guaranteed before a candidate is approved.

What happens during absence or if the arrangement is not working?

Attendance concerns and service issues follow the agreed escalation route. Any cover, replacement search or transition depends on the service terms, role requirements and practical availability.

Who provides software and specialist equipment?

MEG normally provides the standard office workspace and equipment stated in the service order. Client systems, user licences and specialist or non-standard equipment are supplied by the client or quoted separately.

Can dedicated support be combined with MEG digital services?

Yes, where appropriate. A support role and an MEG-delivered website, recovery, Digital Care, CRM or workflow scope remain separately defined so that ownership, pricing and acceptance are clear.
