Authorised property data · Written integration scope · Clear GBP pricing
Keep property information and enquiries moving at the speed clients expect
Begin with the operational delay: where a listing becomes outdated, a valuation lead lacks useful details or repeated coordination takes negotiators away from client conversations.
Listing freshness
Property status, price, media or descriptive information can become inconsistent when updates pass through several systems or people.
Fragmented enquiries
Valuation, landlord, buyer, tenant and viewing requests arrive with too little information or reach the wrong person.
Repeated coordination
Appointment confirmation, rescheduling, feedback requests and routine updates consume time across the working day.
Administrative backlog
CRM records, applicant registration, content changes and follow-up tasks compete with valuation, instruction and negotiation work.
Improve the property journey, add recurring capacity or define both
A digital project changes how listings and enquiries are presented or routed. Dedicated Business Support provides recurring administrative capacity around the agency’s procedures. Each task must have a clear owner.

Agency and professional responsibility remains with the client
MEG provides only the accepted digital service or administrative business-support role. The client and its authorised personnel remain responsible for instructions, listing and material-information accuracy, valuation, availability, offers, negotiation, tenancy, property management, lawful data use and regulated decisions. MEG does not provide property, valuation, legal, financial or tenancy advice.
Scope the website after reviewing the authorised CRM or feed
A property website with searchable listings cannot be priced responsibly until MEG has reviewed the authorised data source, connection method and required journey. Digital Care and Dedicated Business Support retain their published starting prices.
What an estate or letting agent should clarify before proceeding
Can MEG build a searchable property website without reviewing our CRM or feed?
No responsible scope or price can be confirmed until the authorised source, available fields, update method, documentation, permissions and required search journey have been reviewed.
Can property listings be copied from Rightmove or another portal?
Not without permission and a lawful, supported source. Listings must come from the agency’s authorised CRM, property feed or supplied and licensed dataset. MEG will not scrape or republish portal data without authorisation.
Who is responsible for listing accuracy and material information?
The client agency remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, status, required material information and publication approval of property content. MEG implements only approved information from authorised sources.
Can a dedicated person handle valuation, tenancy or negotiation decisions?
No. A dedicated support role may complete agreed administrative tasks, but valuation, offers, negotiation, tenancy, property-management, advice and regulated decisions remain with the client’s authorised personnel.
Where does a dedicated team member work?
The approved person works from MEG’s managed office in Islamabad, Pakistan. MEG manages the workplace, attendance and service coordination; the client provides role procedures, authorised systems, training, priorities and work approval.
How is access to property and applicant data controlled?
The service order records permitted tasks, authorised systems and applicable access. Named accounts and least-privilege permissions should be used where available. The client remains responsible for lawful data use, source permissions and approval of access.
