Where pressure builds

Keep vacancies, applications and candidate communication moving

Begin with the operational delay: where a vacancy waits to be published, an application reaches the wrong route or repeated coordination takes consultants away from employer and candidate conversations.

01

Vacancy publishing lag

Approved roles wait for formatting, website entry, closing-date checks or updates across several channels and systems.

02

Fragmented applications

CVs and candidate details arrive through mixed forms and inboxes without the information needed for consistent routing.

03

Repeated coordination

Interview scheduling, confirmations, changes and routine candidate follow-up consume time throughout the working day.

04

ATS administration backlog

Candidate records, notes, vacancy status and follow-up tasks become less reliable when updates are delayed or inconsistent.

Two delivery routes

Improve the digital journey or add recurring administrative support

Choose the route that matches the requirement. Where both are needed, each task, data permission and responsibility is defined separately.

Create clear journeys for candidates and employers

The final structure depends on the agency’s sectors, vacancy source, ATS or CRM, application requirements and internal routing. Candidate-data handling and connection details are confirmed before development.

Candidate journey

Move from vacancy discovery to a structured application

  • Searchable job listings with agreed filters
  • Individual vacancy pages using agency-approved information
  • Mobile-first application and CV-upload forms
  • Client-approved privacy and retention information
  • Automated acknowledgement and internal routing
  • Accessible next steps and contact routes
Employer and internal journey

Separate business enquiries from candidate applications

  • Employer vacancy-submission and service-enquiry forms
  • Candidate and employer enquiry separation
  • Interview-booking or coordination workflow
  • Vacancy and application notifications
  • ATS or CRM updates after technical review
  • Operating notes and handover for the accepted workflow

Candidate-data handling must be defined before CV upload goes live

The client agency approves the privacy information shown beside the form, including who receives the application and the stated retention period. The written scope identifies the storage location, authorised access, correction or deletion route and any approved ATS or CRM transfer. MEG implements the accepted workflow without making compliance claims on the agency’s behalf.

Approved, repeatable coordination tasks

A controlled implementation

Review the ATS, data route and decision points before implementation

The digital and Dedicated Business Support routes can serve the same operation, but technical ownership, data handling and recurring responsibilities must each be defined clearly.

01

Review

Confirm the vacancy source, ATS or CRM, forms, permissions, data route and available documentation.

02

Map

Define employer, vacancy, candidate, application, interview and agency decision journeys.

03

Control

Agree data handling, access, retention, responsibilities, escalation and exclusions in writing.

04

Implement

Build and test the approved journey, or recruit and obtain client approval for the candidate.

05

Verify

Test forms, routing, permissions and operating hand-offs before public launch or role start.

Recruitment and hiring responsibility remains with the client agency

MEG provides only the accepted digital service or administrative business-support role. It does not act as the agency’s recruitment consultant or provide employment, immigration, legal or professional advice. Assessment, representation, eligibility, compliance, offers and hiring remain with the client and its authorised personnel.

Commercial starting points

Scope the website after reviewing vacancy and application systems

Common questions

What a recruitment agency should clarify before proceeding

Does MEG operate as our recruitment consultant or make hiring decisions?

No. MEG provides accepted digital services and administrative support. Candidate assessment, representation, compliance, offers and hiring decisions remain with the client agency and its authorised personnel.

Can the website connect to our ATS or CRM?

Potentially. MEG first reviews the system, available connection method, vacancy and candidate fields, permissions, data route and intended outcome. Unsupported or complex connections require a separate scope.

What must be agreed before enabling CV upload?

The client approves the privacy information, recipients, storage location, retention period, authorised access, correction or deletion route and any ATS or CRM transfer before the form goes live.

Can a dedicated person support candidate research and follow-up?

Yes, for administrative tasks performed against agency-approved criteria, sources, templates and escalation rules. The agency retains assessment, contact, representation and hiring decisions.

Where does a dedicated team member work?

The approved person works from MEG’s managed office in Islamabad, Pakistan. MEG manages the workplace, attendance and service coordination; the client supplies systems, procedures, training, priorities and work approval.

How is access to candidate data controlled?

The service order records permitted tasks, authorised systems and appropriate access. Named accounts and least-privilege permissions should be used where available. The client remains responsible for lawful data use and approval of access.
