What the published prices do and do not include
The accepted proposal, service order or statement of work confirms the final commercial terms for the selected service.

Published prices are starting points, not automatic acceptance
A service commitment exists only after MEG reviews the requirement, confirms suitability and availability, and accepts the applicable scope or service order. “From” pricing varies with the final role, schedule, scope, integrations and third-party requirements.
Questions about quotations, payments and scope
Are the prices on this page fixed?
Recovery and Digital Care have defined published prices subject to their stated scope and acceptance. Website packages are defined starting packages. CRM and workflow work is quotation-based. Dedicated Business Support uses “from” pricing because the role, schedule, experience, equipment and software affect the monthly quotation.
When does payment become due?
The £75 diagnostic is paid upfront. For an immediately approved covered recovery, the remaining £150 is paid before remediation. Website projects are normally 50% to start and 50% before launch. Dedicated Business Support is invoiced monthly in advance after the candidate and start date are approved. Other payment details are confirmed in the applicable written terms.
Why is CRM & Workflow Improvement quotation-based?
The required work depends on the existing process, number of users, condition and volume of data, selected platform, permissions, integrations, automation and training needs. MEG reviews these factors before proposing an appropriate scope and price.
Are hosting, domains, plugins and software included?
Not unless the quotation expressly includes them. Hosting, domains, premium plugins, paid APIs, live AI usage, CRM licences, specialist software and exceptional equipment are normally separate.
Can unused Digital Care support time roll over?
No. Included support time applies to the relevant monthly service period and does not roll over. Major redesign, development, malware forensics, data recovery and work beyond the selected plan are quoted separately.
Does the Dedicated Business Support price include recruitment?
Yes. There is no separate recruitment fee for the published model. The monthly quotation covers the agreed role and MEG services listed in the service order. Specialist software, unusual schedules or exceptional equipment may affect the final price.
Can digital services and dedicated support be combined?
Yes, where both are appropriate, but they remain separately scoped. MEG delivers an accepted digital project or managed plan, while the dedicated role supports recurring work against the agreed service arrangement.
Does paying a published price guarantee acceptance or a particular result?
No. MEG first reviews suitability, scope, access, availability and dependencies. Recovery time, search rankings, leads, revenue and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. The accepted proposal or service order defines the commitment.
