    Which service are you considering?

Selecting an option is not a payment or confirmation of acceptance.

Submission does not confirm same-day availability or acceptance of the incident.

    After you submit

Four checkpoints before covered recovery is completed

The support request creates a review record. It does not itself authorise system changes or guarantee same-day work.

    01

    Request review

MEG checks the supplied information, incident scope, urgency and availability.

    02

    Written instructions

You receive the applicable diagnostic, payment and scope instructions.

    03

    Controlled access

If access is needed, appropriate temporary access is arranged separately.

    04

    Work and record

Approved covered work is completed, verified and documented as applicable.

    Website & Email Recovery pricing

Diagnosis first, then an approved covered recovery

If covered recovery is appropriate and immediately approved, the £75 diagnostic payment is credited towards the £225 total package.

    Controlled diagnostic

    £75 paid upfront

    • One defined incident
    • Up to 60 minutes of controlled checks
    • Written findings and recommended next step
    • Remediation is not included in the diagnostic alone
    Covered recovery

    £225 total

    • £75 diagnostic credited when covered work is immediately approved
    • Up to three hours of approved remediation
    • One verification round and short completion record
    • 48 hours of limited post-completion support

    Same-day response is not guaranteed

Availability, timely client approval, usable backups, access and third-party provider response affect delivery. Malware forensics, penetration testing, major custom development, redesign, data recovery, legal advice and third-party fees are outside the standard package.

    Frequently asked questions

    Before sending a support request

Does submitting the form confirm that MEG has accepted the incident?

No. MEG first reviews the incident, service fit, urgency and availability. Acceptance, price, scope and required access are confirmed separately.

Can I use this form for a domain or business-email incident?

Yes. Use it for an active domain, DNS, SSL or business-email incident. Provide the registrar, DNS host or email provider where known and describe the visible symptoms.

Should I include a website, domain or email password?

No. Do not place credentials or authentication codes in the form or send them by ordinary email. If access is needed, MEG will arrange an appropriate method separately.

Does the £75 diagnostic include repairs?

No. It covers controlled checks, written findings and the recommended next step. Approved remediation is charged separately or handled within an accepted recovery package.

What if I do not know the provider or backup status?

Enter “Not sure”. Do not guess or omit the request solely because a technical detail is unknown.
