UK contracting · Islamabad delivery · Written scope and clear GBP quotation
Make recurring administration easier to keep up with
For organisations with recurring membership work, an authorised contact and a defined support budget. Start with the tasks that consume staff or volunteer time each month.
Scattered member records
Applications, contact changes and membership status sit across inboxes, spreadsheets and different systems.
Delayed renewal follow-up
Reminder dates, responses and outstanding subscriptions become difficult to track consistently.
Unanswered routine enquiries
Repeated questions and information requests compete with work that needs your team’s judgement.
Committee administration
Meeting arrangements, approved communications and action tracking depend on already busy people.
Support the administration and improve the systems behind it
Choose recurring business support, a defined digital project, or a separately scoped combination. You do not need a new website or software migration to discuss administrative help.
Discuss your requirements

Agree the recurring tasks, systems, volumes and approval points. The proposal identifies whether a managed task service or dedicated administrator is appropriate.

Digital Services & Business Systems
MEG can separately scope improvements to your website, forms and membership workflows after reviewing the existing systems and access.

- Application forms and approved notifications
- Record and follow-up workflow improvements
- Website care and defined technical support
Choose the recurring work you need help completing

Match the arrangement to your workload
We assess the requirement before confirming a service, staffing plan or start date. Managed task support and dedicated staffing have different responsibilities and pricing.
Managed Administration
For an agreed set of recurring tasks delivered under a written monthly scope.
- MEG coordinates completion and agreed quality checks
- Your organisation supplies rules, information and approvals
- Task volumes, response times and reporting are defined
- Additional work and peak periods are agreed separately
- A paid initial scope can be proposed after review
A dedicated employee or exclusive working hours are not included unless expressly agreed.
Dedicated Association Administrator
For organisations needing a person working an agreed part-time or full-time pattern.
- MEG recruits against the confirmed role brief
- You interview and approve the preferred candidate
- You supply role procedures, training and priorities
- MEG manages the Islamabad workplace and attendance
- Reporting and continuity arrangements are documented
Begin with your existing membership system
Tell us which membership platform, CRM, spreadsheet and communication tools you use. We assess access, staff familiarity and training needs before committing. Migration is not a condition of administrative support.
Rules, records and an authorised contact
- Membership categories, fees and approval criteria
- Current records, renewal dates and known backlogs
- Required software licences and approved named access
- Communication templates and factual content
- Timely decisions, approvals and escalation support
- Your own banking and payment-provider accounts
People, coordination and reporting
- A named service contact and agreed staffing arrangement
- Office equipment and delivery coordination
- Documented task instructions and checklists
- Agreed checks, activity reports and exception escalation
- Onboarding and access-removal coordination
- Handover and continuity arrangements stated in the scope
Your organisation keeps control of decisions and member funds
Membership admissions, expulsions, accreditation, policy decisions, disputes and statutory responsibilities remain with your authorised personnel. Member subscriptions go directly to your organisation’s payment accounts. The standard administration scope excludes legal advice, clinical work, handling patient records, safeguarding casework and on-site event delivery.
Before live member data is accessed, we document the data involved, approved systems, delivery location, access permissions and applicable processing and international-transfer arrangements. Confidentiality, retention, incident reporting and access removal are agreed for the engagement. Any sensitive information requires a separate suitability review.
Start with one manageable membership workflow
Bring an outline of your workload to the first discussion. We identify the service fit and practical requirements before requesting access to member information.
Review
Discuss member numbers, systems, task volumes, renewal peaks and current bottlenecks.
Define
Agree tasks, service limits, response times, responsibilities and a written GBP quotation.
Prepare
Confirm staffing, procedures, approvals and appropriate data-access arrangements.
Begin
Start the agreed work after onboarding and initial workflow checks are complete.
Review
Check accuracy, outstanding items and actual workload before agreeing any expansion.
A quotation based on the work you actually need
Pricing reflects task volumes, complexity, working pattern, systems and reporting. Software licences, initial data cleanup, migration and additional event work are identified separately where required.
Before you arrange membership support
What types of organisation can discuss support?
Independent trade associations, professional societies, business networks, learned societies and other membership organisations with defined administrative work. We review the activities, data, budget and approval arrangements to assess suitability.
Do we need to hire a full-time administrator?
No. A defined managed task service may suit a smaller recurring workload, subject to capacity and scope review. Dedicated staffing is a separate option for an agreed role and working pattern.
Will we need to change our membership software?
Not automatically. We first review your existing system, licences, permissions and training requirements. New software, integrations, migration or data cleanup require a separate agreed scope. We do not assume every platform or connection is supported.
Who approves applications and receives subscription payments?
Your authorised personnel make membership decisions. MEG can check information, maintain approved status and send agreed communications. Subscriptions are paid directly to your organisation; MEG invoices separately for its services.
Where is the work performed and when is support available?
The engagement is with Meridian Edge Global Ltd in the UK, with delivery from Islamabad, Pakistan. Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 UK time. Your actual coverage and response times are stated in the proposal; this is not a promise of continuous inbox monitoring or 24-hour support.
Can you assist with committees and events?
Remote scheduling, registrations, supplied meeting papers, reminders and action tracking can be included. Draft notes require your review. Governance decisions, statutory officer duties, on-site attendance and full event management are outside the standard scope.
How do you handle renewal peaks, absence or extra work?
We agree expected peak volumes, priorities and escalation arrangements before starting. Extra work, cover and changes to working hours depend on the written service terms and available capacity; unlimited capacity or automatic replacement is not assumed.
Which membership tasks need more consistent attention?
Tell us your organisation type, approximate member count, current system and the tasks taking up your time. We will review suitability and propose a defined next step. Please do not send member lists, passwords or sensitive records through the enquiry form.
